One Can easily make a youtube account just follow the steps below
1-Go to youtube.com and open the site
2-At top Right corner there is a button for sign-in
3-Click on sign in
4-Here opens a webpage of google demanding of signing in for google+
5-Click on create new account on google same page .
6-Fill the form
7-Enjoy
In making a Youtube account you have got a gmail+ account
Note : Gmail+ account is your youtube user name so remember it forever
for example xyz@gmail.com
Here xyz is user name for youtube .
While password is same as you fill the form.
